A few weeks ago my CD ROM just stopped detecting any CD's.

I tried removing it from the system, reinstalling it, reinstalling drivers, checking for conflicts but nothing works.

Any CD ROM I place in the system doesnt work.

Please tell me how I can fix this problem

First thing: Is windows detecting it? Does it show up in My Computer??

Second: Have you tried using a cd cleaner??

It may be also the drive has gone bad. It does happen.

    Hi swiftestone, Welcome to TSG!!
I agree with n2gin. My CD-ROM has been cleaned by a CD-ROM cleaner . It worked for a while and did not detect any cd's after a time again. Try the cleaner and if that doesnt work see if you can use it in another PC. If it works then you have a problem, if not then you know it needs to be replaced.
