I know its illegal to fileshare (which I don't dl music anyway) but I'm a bit confused with the whole uploading process. If you don't have any kind of p2p network on your computer, meaning you don't share files..is it still illegal to upload your cds for your own personal listening?

I've NEVER been sure on this topic lol...so any feedback is great :)

(Cause I noticed alot of the new cds have the Illegal Anti Piracy/Copying Cds stamps on them. So i had a question about that.)

I dont' think its illegal to rip them strictly for personal use. If you let out access to your hard drive or upload them to a host its a different story.
