My PC issues certificate errors on most websites. It turns red in the URL line, also. How do I update
    my certificates? Thanks!

    1. Check date & time on computer, make sure it is correct
    2. What antivirus or security suite are you using? several AV/Security suite do SSl checking & that intercepts all urls & uses a self signed certificate that can cause this

    Your first post has this
So unless you can find an antivirus, we can't tell.

To determine IF you have anything working, open Task Manager and see what is running. Look in the description column.

If the description column doesn't appear, do this: click on View, then select columns and scroll down until you find Description. Put a check/tick in the box.

Do any of the descriptions mention any sort of AV program?
