What do you mean by priority? Like give a certain application priority over the others as far as resources go?

Exactly... I want to set the priority of an application to be HIGH all the time.. So most of the resources (processor and memory) of the computer to be utilized by this one program...
I know how to do it for the time being, for that one session but I want to have it set that way for all the time.. Everytime I reboot the computer or restart the program...
