I have been downloading music from MC and it always came up in my shared folder as a real music download. Last week I added Quick time to my pc and now all the music comes in that format. I want it back in the real music format. Please advise what steps I must take to recover my desired format. Thank you!

It's not the application that determines the file format, it's the application that creates the file. rm files are rm file and you shouldn't even be able to open them with QuickTime players
