Since responding incorrectly to a prompt for the software to view a new PDF file, I have been unable to access any of my PDF based user manuals. I now realize that I should have chosen Adobe Acrobat. Is there any way to change the associations?

    Thanks much

Find a PDF file and highlight it. Right click while pressing Shift.
Choose Open with to bring up the open with dialog.
Scroll to the program you want to use.
Be sure you have checked the box at the bottom to "always use this program to open this file type."
Open the file. That will reset the association.
