I am trying to change my search engine and my PC refuses to customize. When I press the Customize button, my PC does not respond. How do I change my search engine?:)

do you mean change your home page? The page you start with when internet explorer starts?
In Internet explorer, tools, internet options, on the general tab at the top, you can change your home page by typing, or copying and pasting the address of your prefered search engine there, apply, ok.
I also have a folder in my favourites with all the search engines to call up if I want.
If that's not what you meant, then ignore me.
