You can try Revo uninstaller (Free Version) what is the program called?

Tags are something you can put so people can find you Video on YouTube that way. Say for a Cowboy film you can tag words like Gun,Western, etc

What is the full name of the program you're trying to uninstall? "u-tube" looks like www.youtube.com. I've not heard of any other legitimate program with a similar name. www.youtube.com is a website, and you don't have to install anything to use it.

I don't see a toolbar available for download on the YouTube website. If you have something installed called "utube", then you have malware or spyware. You will probably run into problems trying to remove it. The experts here should be able to help you.

dvKo1, I didn't ignore your solution. Too a neophyte like me it is giberish, Ihave no idea of what you wrote or what to do or start to apply. I wish I was more literate and had some local help, which I am working on. At my age none of my friends have a computer. Sorry to disappoint you. Maybe Tech Support isn't for me!!

It is very simple, follow the link & download the programs & run them
If you can't do that then, there is no point in asking for help on a forum. Your only chance is to take the
computer to a local computer repair shop & get them to fix it for you
