CHKDSK just keeps refinding same errors not fixed by /F

My CHKDSK utility keeps reporting the same index errors over and over when run without /F, but when run with /F (which runs after a reboot) the errors are NOT fixed!!!!!
Typical messages
CHKDSK is verifying indexes (stage 2 of 3)...
Deleting index entry Component.db in index $I30 of file 91595.
Deleting index entry COMPON~1.DB in index $I30 of file 91595.
Deleting index entry StartMenu.db in index $I30 of file 91595.
Deleting index entry STARTM~1.DB in index $I30 of file 91595.
Index verification completed.

Most likely you have failing sectors on the hard drive, run a chkdsk /r as described in this article, depending on the size of the drive how long it will take, be patient.

If chkdsk finds bad sectors, it will recover the data if it can and mark the bad sectors not to be used in windows.

If it does find bad sectors, I suggest you back up all your data and replace the hard drive before it fails completely.
