choiseing fat32 over ntfs when installing xp upgrade over 98se

    im runing win98se but soon will be install xp home upgrade over 98

    and im going to use the fat32 file format and not ntfs and here why i was told by a expect and i did read something of this that home ver has a lot of the security features are stripped out, so as to make NTFS is near useless on Home becuase the security features are stripped out., so i see no reason to use ntfs
