I bought a socket 754 computer for cheap, just for internet, music, and maybe some old games. It has a sempron 3000+, 1GB RAM, and a ati agp video card that says 1050 on it. I found some legacy drivers for the card: I'm not sure if it's an x1050 or what exactly.

After a fresh install of XP browsing, music playback, and DVD playback appear to work fine (although I've only tested with one DVD) but hulu and youtube videos seem choppy.

I noticed I could do 3 upgrades: I could put a faster CPU, but for a socket 754 that probably won't do much.
It will hold another GB of RAM.
And I might be able to get a better AGP card for it. The video card is the component I know least about.
I know I was able to play World of Warcraft before with an AGP card, but I'm more familiar with NVidia than ATI.
