    Hi,

I'm having a problem with my Chrome browser popping up all the time.

It happens when I start up my computer and then randomly pops up throughout the day.

Can someone please help me to find a solution for this problem.

I've uploaded a file with 2 images so you can see the pages that pop up.

    Thanks

I've deleted the attachment. I'm told it contained an email address which should never be posted on a public forum.

Also, there's no need to attach images in a zip file. I for one won't open a zip file from a user I don't know and don't have the time to download and scan it before seeing something. In any event, please block out the email address and upload them again so they display directly in the post.

Is this the same Dell OptiPlex GX620 with Windows XP that you're having a sound problem with?

If the computer is XP, chrome is no longer supported so perhaps that's why you are getting popups.

The last browser to work on XP was FF ESR 52.9 and it stopped being patched in September 2018.

Conclusion: it is not safe to run a 4 year old unpatched version of Windows with an unpatched browser on the internet. Pull it off.
