I'm running Windows 10 32 bit. I tried to look up something on Chrome but it said "Unable to connect to proxy server" then it said "ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED". I followed the directions of how to fix it (Go to the Chrome menu >Settings>Show advanced settings...>Change proxy settings...> LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN"), but that go me nowhere. So then I tried to disconnect the whole pc from a proxy server by going to Start Menu>Network & Internet>Proxy>Switch off Use a proxy server, but got no change. I was having the same issue in Mozilla Firefox aswell but I was able to fix that. I also realized that the automatically detect settings is grayed out in both places: Proxy settings and LAN settings .

I also troubleshooted the issue and it said "Remote device or resource won't accept the conection".

Any help will be amazing. I am still having the same problem with Internet Explorer and Edge.
