CiDial - To keep up dial up connections.

It's good, except that if anyone calls me (i have call waiting), and disconnect me, CiDial dials right away. So the person cannot reach me or leave a message. I wanted to find a program that would wait about a minute before trying to reconnect, and I found 1st dial. But 1st dail doesn't reconnect at all, it's messed up or something.

So, does anyone know of a program (free) that will reconnect me, but will pause for a minute before trying to reconnect so the person can leave a message? Thanks.
