    Hi Tech Guys,

I was checking out a file on another persons pc called cispack.exe , cannot find one comment about it on the internet, check for it on my pc, no results in "find," but I found it in my registry in "Doc find spec MRU" and realized those were all items I hac searched for............bringing me to square one.

Any ideas on this one? Another trojan/keylogger??

    still searching,
    :)

I can't find anything on that file from all my usual sources.
Which means, If I can't find anything on it, I don't trust it!!

I would suggest renaming the file to cispack_exe.old. Then see what complains about not finding it. IF something complains, that may give us something better to search on.

If nothing happens in two weeks of normal PC use, delete it.

    Thanks Nighthawk,
I'm gonna follow your advice. But check this out, while I was reading about different worms, I ran across this one Shoho ([email protected], alias Welyah) , and one of it's targets is clspack.exe , so I thought ah ha, it's a typo, after she double checks it, not a typo, so cispack.exe is up to something.

    w32.Shoho & Clspack.exe

    Thankx for our input,
    :)
