This may be an OS issue or it may be a network issue, but it is certainly not a business application issue, LOL! So it doesn't belong in THIS forum.

:D

Do you know what kind of issue this is? I can move your question.

actually if you think about it, it CAN be a business application issue... A lot of businesses use CITRIX and if you cant log in and fix the problem a lot of businesses cant go far...

If you know where I can move the question to, to get a ANSWER then please help that way!

We use CITRIX at work and the printer is a USB HP5110 at a remote site. They login to the server at the main office and enter data to an application. There is then need to print the form which captured the data. This was working fine until about 10-6-03. What would cause a change with no changes made at the main office or to any application? The form is coming out blank. When posting this issue on a CITRIX website they say they don't support USB printing. With that as the wave of the future they are remaining in the stoneage. Can anyone help [email protected] beside posting here?

:(

Does anyone know why an application would stop printing via CITRIX at a remote location on an USB type printer? If you need more detail, email me [email protected].

Thank you
