My friend wants to give away a 3 yr old computer, but wants the hard drive CLEANED of all data. Isn't the best thing to do a "clean install?" How does she go about doing this, if she has no disks? Can she make a start up disk and do it with that? She doesn't need to give the computer with an OS, since that would be copyrighted.
    Thanks!
