First off, can dusting or cleaning a computer improve performance at ALL?

Second, what should i use to clean it?

That is all

Thanks!

Don't forget to blow out the power supply too... as well as the heat-sink under the fans. Some older style heat-sinks have tightly packed fins that trap dust rather than let it blow through... so make sure there is no layer cake of dust under the fans.
