clicking on a link nothing happens

Hi, Everytime i click on a link i get a error chord sound and it wont go to the link..Also like in yahoo games, i used to be able to click on the profile icon of a user and view their profile, now when i click on the profile button i get nothing just like clicking on a link i get nothing..can anyone help me w/ this..hope so! thx
