Can someone please tell me how to either delete this without hazardous effects, or control this damn thing. I'm so sick of it. it say's it's a critical system process when I try to end process. yet this thing keeps popping up ads on my desktop, for porn, for anything, this is nothing but spam ******** directly from Microsoft. I'm on a cable modem, so this thing stays on constantly. and I get sick of seeing these ads pop up. I don't have to be on Internet explorer or any web browser for that matter for it to happen, I can play a game and boom, it pops up, minimizes my game. so if anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.

fyi - this is called csrp.exe it's in windows\system32 folder
I keep an active connection 24/7 so I can't shut off my internet.
    I'm using windows xp

    Thanks!
