I'm running WIN 7 Home edition, and android nougat as well.

I'm not tech savy, but lately I've found discrepancies in my accounts. I've noticed three different account ID numbers for one account, emails coming in that should not be, and notifications of tons of emails that never show up in the accounts. Is there a way to find out what is happening? Away to possibly detect cloned or mirrored accounts?

What do you mean by different account ID?

Like G+ has your google user content ID...there are three different user IDs to one email address, I pulled two of them up at once, in different tabs, again same email, two different pages, and it caused my laptop to crash

Looks like to me that there is at least 3 "Keith Garlets" out there.
That is one of the issues with using such ID's for these type of accounts.
It also happen with Face Book and others, where the names are displayed but not the real account number.
