Closing out a thread

    I'm sorry but I have not found out how to close a thread when the problem is solved. Please advise

    Click on the report link in the upper right of each post and tell them it is solved.

    And as a general rule, we normally don't close them, we mark them solved.

    We have been closing hijack this log threads as too many people have been tagging onto them and it gets too difficult to assist 3 and 4 people in the same thread ;)
