Were you able to download the .reg file? If so, double click on the downloaded .reg file. A text box will open asking if you want to add this to the registry, click "Yes".
If you were unable to download the .reg file and got the page that has the reg entries typed out, copy the .reg entries on that page. Open notepad, or any other text editor, and select paste. Select "Save As" and save the file as a .reg file.
Example: save as "AutoEndTasks.reg". Save it to your desktop. Double click on the saved file on your Desktop, when asked if you want to add file to the registry, click "Yes".
always make a system restore point first, just in case!
