So some thing called Cloud AV 2012 has kept coming back to my laptop, and I kept removing it with malwarebytes and then it came back and this time it wouldn't let me open malwarebytes to remove it. So I rebooted the laptop using safe networking and then opened malwarebytes and I removed it once again, but when I switched back to normal, it;s not letting me use the internet, it'd start loading then go to internet diagnosis problems. We have a card for internet, so I am connected to WiFi but it doesn't let me get on, the av Cloud 2012 is gone since I removed it using Safe Networking, but now I can't get on the internet, I don't know what to do? I got rid of the virus again, but now I can't get on the internet. How do I get the internet back?
