CLR error 80005004

Have a lexmark 2600 all-in-one printer. When starting the Lexmark productivity suite I get a CLR 80005004 error Program will terminate. I have uninstalled the printer reinstalled the printer still get the errors. Ran Reg mech and NBG reg clean. So far nothing helps.
