Club Connect new employees

I am a very new user to Club Connect only being used for retaurant POS. I do not have any manuals and ther person who knew the system left and did not explain how to modify some items. I added myself as a new person with and ID number to log in. However when I try to log onto the main menu and I enter my ID it just blinks and does nothing. There must be another step to do but I cannot ssee anything in the help section. Can anyone give me the proper procedure? Also at one time we were able to print pur dily reports using a specific password and not the system tells me the password is invalid but I know that I gave that manager that password. Please offer assistance.
