Greetings, you guys can always seem to help. I have a TOSHIBA SATELLITE L505 , and the CMOS is dead, I have disassembled, and found the CMOS is broke off. I have a replacement but soldering is a new adventure for me....how difficult is it going to be....anyone been down this road?

unless you are very experienced with soldering electronics, take it to a repair shop
that will be cheaper than buying a new computer when you short the mobo out
