I've been trying to install cod2 but when i get to the last disc, an error message pops up. It reads: D:\setup\data\main\localized_english_iwo_iwd. I really want to play this game. Help a brother out. Thanks

Welcome to TSG! :)

Can you tell us the complete error message? Does it say the file cannot be copied, or it is corrupt, or anything else besides the name of the file? Thanks!

When im in the process of installing the last disc of cod 2, this error message pops up: Missing File D:\setup\data\main\localized_english_iw07.iwd. See windows intaller help msi.chm or msdn

Thats it.

I would also try finding that file on the CD manually.

Open My Computer, right-click the D drive, and hit Open. Then navigate through the Setup folder, then Data, and Main, and see if the file 'localized_english_iw07.iwd' exists there. If it does, try to copy it to the desktop. If it doesn't copy, try cleaning the CD, or returning it for a replacement. Good luck!

Ok. I did everything you said to do, and when i get to the main file this is what pops up:
iw_00.iwd
iw_01.iwd
iw_06.iwd

that is all that is in there. Can you please check your and see if that what you have too. And if im missing something, can you please send a copy to me? My e-mail address is [email protected].

Thank You
