I want to color code my e-mails (the same way I did in Outlook 2003). When I go to
[View, View settings, Conditional formatting, Add] - I find that the “Add” is greyed out. It is unavailable to me.
How can I color code my e-mails in 2010 just the same way as I did in Outlook 2003?
