colour problems

    hi new here :),

    i just bought a hd tv and plugged my computer into but all the colours are messed up its black and green and was wondering if any one could help me. i've tried the colour calibration tool and it keeps saying that it cant determine if this is the main moniter which it is i am so confused ive even use ATI's program still nothing... :( really wanted this to work.

    BTW got ATI Radeon hd 3000 i think.

    Hi lloydy, and welcome to TSG.

    Exactly what what kind of cable (VGA, DVI, HDMI, etc.) are you using for the connection? Do you have a way of testing the cable, say by temporarily using it to replace a known good cable used for some other connection?
