Hey guys,

Here's one that many of you may have encountered before, but I have yet to find a reliable solution for.

I am in Canada, and thusly, alot of websites will automatically re-direct you to their Canadian equivalent. i.e. www.yahoo.com returns ca.yahoo.com, www.google.com returns www.google.ca.

Now, this can be very helpful to the everyday user, however many times you may want the actual .com website rather than the .ca equivalent. I have had success with resolving this in some instances by changing the default location to United States as opposed to Canada, however this does not work on all machines I have applied this change to.

Any ideas??

Can't you save the USA/.com links as favorites?

I have no problem with the few that I tried going to other Countries.
