 In cell A1 I have Joe and in cell B1 I have Schmoe. Is there a formula that I can put in Cell C1 that will take the A1 and B1 and make it Joe Schmoe?

Use the following:

=A1 & " " & B1

Be sure that the format for all cells in Column C are set to "General"

All I got was a blank cell when I plugged that formula in. I am using Excel XP version. Does it matter?
