ComcastAntispy: part 2

    I found this blog while trying to rid myself of Comcast's HORRIBLE Antispyware stuff... I read a post stating that this issue:
    Write of address 0000000D
    according to Comcast wasn't theirs.

    I beg to differ. (or that was one mighty fine hack job!)

    I had gone through your typical control panel to remove Comcast's 'protection package' and replaced it with my own. But still had problems.

    I tracked it down under the start menu. I found the file, then 'uninstalled' it that way. Comcast's logos came up.

    I went through the window's program tree to find it: Acer: Program files (x86)...

    Then then made sure to manually delete the files.

    Lesson learned: Comcast still doesn't have a clue.
