I have lost all permissions for my user accounts. I accidentally made both my user accounts have no privileges and now I have no Administrator account! I was in administrator tools --local security settings --network access (shares that can be accessed anonymously) & network access (Named Pipes that can be accessed anonymously) I am not allowed access to any any important settings, files--NOTHING!

My computer, under CONTROL PANEL--ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS--LOCAL SECURITY SETTINGS--

"Security Settings" were changed by accident, removing all the permissions for my two administrator accounts---

I'm not sure but I may have also been in WMI???

The two services?? that were the first to have been inadvertently changed were:

Network access: (shares that can be access anonymously) now this is what is listed next to it COMCFG,DFS$
    and
Network access (Named Pipes that can be access anonymously) after this one COMNAP,COMNODE,SQL\QUERY,SPOOL55,LLSRPC

Almost everything else has been either Disabled or Undefined

I can't even access System Restore or even User Accounts!

Pleas help me to undo what I have done!
