There is no malware in your log.

Go to add/remove programs and uninstall BroadJump.

Fix this entry with Hijack This:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [tgcmdprovidersbc] "c:\program files\support.com\bin\tgcmd.exe" /server /startmonitor /deaf /nosystray

Also I see that you are running two antiviruses. You have both McaFee and AVG. This is not good. Not only will this actually decrease your virus protection as the two will conflict with each other, but it will also drain your system resources. You need to pick one and disable the other.

Also you could disable a few unnecessary startups:

    Remove unnecessary startups

This should be done through the System Configuration Utility. Go to Start > Run and type in msconfig.
Click OK or hit the Enter key.

Click on the "Startup" tab and remove the check by the items that you have determined are unnecessary. Click "Apply" then "Close"

You will be prompted to restart. Go ahead and restart.

Keep in mind that some entries will be re-enabled in the startups each time you use that particular program. Therefore, you will have to find the option in that programs preferences that says something like "Load with Windows" or "Run when Windows Starts" and disable that option.

Go here for info on msconfig:

    http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm

You can look up the startups here to help determine what is needed and what is not:

    http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php

    here:

    http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm

    And here:

    http://www.windowsstartup.com/wso/browse.php?l=8&start=50&end=75

You definitely don't need these running at startup:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MMTray] C:\Program Files\MusicMatch\MusicMatch Jukebox\mm_tray.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\QTTASK.EXE" -atboottime

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [SSDPSRV] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ssdpsrv.exe

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MoneyAgent] "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money\System\Money Express.exe

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Yahoo! Pager] C:\PROGRA~1\YAHOO!\MESSEN~1\ypager.exe -quiet

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [AIM] C:\PROGRAM FILES\AIM\aim.exe -cnetwait.odl

    O4 - Startup: Office Startup.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA.EXE

    O4 - Startup: Microsoft Find Fast.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\FINDFAST.EXE

When i tried to add/remove the Broad jump, it said it was essential for running my Sbc Connection manager.. I use SBC internet.. so if I were to remove that, I dont think i would be able to use the interent..

as for Hijack This file to fix...

It says SBC provider.. So i'm not sure if I should delete that..

Is it ok to go ahead and delete or not? Thank you

I have never heard of BroadJump being an esential part of any internet connection. When the cable guy first hoohed up my Road Runner connection they installed that crap and I removed it without any problem. I have had countless others to remove it without any adverse affects.

If you want to be safe about it, just disable it in msconfig.
