Anyone have an opinion one way or the other on the Compaq Presario M2401XT notebook computer, which is on sale at CompUSA today for $499 after instant rebate? It is equipped with Celeron M Processor 360 (1.4Ghz); 400mhz bus speed; PC2100 memory speed (266mhz); DDR-SDRAM memory; , 15" XGA TFT display; 256mb DDR SDRAM, upgradable to 1G; 40G hard drive @4200 RPM; DVD-CD-RW combo (write speed 24x); digital audio (16-bit); extreme graphics 2 video chipset; 64MB shared video RAM max;15" active matrix LCD TFT display; 802.11.b/g integrated. It's basically going to be used by a jr in high school for word processing and spreadsheet apps; music downloading and cataloging; digital picture storage, etc. Some games, but nothing more fancy than the SIMS. Appreciate all suggestions.

It won't play the SIMS very well, but other then that its a basic but decent notebook.

SIMS requirements: http://sims2.servopro.com/sysreq.phtml

It falls under Intel® Extreme Graphics (non-T&L; requires 2.0 GHz processor)
