I just recently purchased a new computer with Windows Vista. It has a DVD/CD burner. It even has software for the Dvd editing, etc. on it. I purchased an Adaptec DVD Pics Plus about 3 years ago, that I was going to put on my old XP, but never got around to it. Can I use the Firewire card and cable on my new Vista computer? I can't seem to find an answer to this question, so hoping someone can help me out. Also, if it is compatible, do I have to put the Adaptec software on my computer, or can I use the Sonic that is already installed on the Vista?
