Compliment with a small lump of coal to Iomega

Just to say that I purchased from Iomega, via Dell, a CDRW external drive. Installing it was quite difficult, with an hour on phone (at my expense) speaking with a rep, but it got done. Then more trouble to get it to work, which it is now doing.
Overall, about 7 hours in two or three days.
However, courtesy and attention offered to me.
In addition, via their email support, some further trouble making the thing work after installation was politely, efficiently and clearly handled. The impressive element was that communication was not in computerese but in english at part high school and part college level. I could actually understand.
Also have compliments for "Winchester73" and "Derek" who have posted similarly understandable comments on spyware which I have copied down.
