Comptuer locks up

When I start work on my company it locks up. I see in my control panel/ system in device manager that there is an (!)mark on Direct Memory access controller. there is some kind of conflicting setting but i don't know how to fix it. I tried to trouble it but found no instruction. Help me someone.

Hi and welcome.

If you're on 98+, go to device manager and open the conflicting device, but I didn't know DMA had a controller as a device. You can update drivers this way, or you can delete yellow ?(driver conflict) and reboot which will force win to ask to reload drivers. DMA can usually be dis/enabled in device m by d-clicking on a hd in disc drives and checking enable DMA.
