My computer seems to be having a problem. It is running really slow and will not always let you go to certain sites adn other times it will go. I am running windows xp and have norton 2007 as well as I have 2 spyware program on it. They are pc doctor and avg-antispyware. I have run everything and it does not show any viruses or anything but since I put the new norton on in November I seem to be having problems of not being able to always go where I wnt to as well as some times I can't even get my home page or email. I was wondering if any one else was having these problems

it is not so much the running slow it is the not being able to go where I want to. sometimes it won't even let me go to my home page or even to check my email. I thought at first it might be a conflict between norton and the pc doctor so I took the doctor off but it did not help so i put the doctor back on. The only other thing that was new at the time was an update in windows.

Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES.
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
    Turn your computer back on.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HijackThis log.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears at reboot.

Please let Vundo finish its thing, sometime it can take multiple passes

Sorry I have been having a problem downloading super anti spyware. It has taken this long to get a connection that hasn't disconnected on me so I can download. Sorry to say we don't have highspeed anything where I live yet.

I did run the vundo program and it came up clean. I am hoping to run the spyware when I finally get it downloaded.

    DownLoad http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip or
    http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/killbox.exe

Double-click on Killbox.exe to run it. Now put a tick by DELETE ON REBOOT. In the "Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste each of the following lines one at a time then click on the button that has the red circle with the X in the middle after you enter each file. It will ask for confimation to delete the file. Click Yes. Continue with that same procedure until you have copied and pasted all of these in the "Paste Full Path of File to Delete" box.

    c:\windows\downloaded program files\sporder_.dll
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Favorites\ computers.url
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Lycos

Note: It is possible that Killbox will tell you that one or more files do not exist. If that happens, just continue on with all the files. Be sure you don't miss any.
