Computer acting up - HJT log included

I just got home from work and as I was getting ready to hit the shower I heard a faint beep coming from my headphones hooked up to my computer. I turned the monitor on and there were a bunch of error messages and I saw that for some reason spybot was open. I tried to ctrl+alt del but the computer was unresponsive. After a hard reboot, as I was typing the URL into my browser, an error message popped up just as I was hitting enter....I saw it flash for a split second but I had already hit enter before I could stop myself.
