Go to http://computercops.biz/downloads-cat-14.html , and download the latest version of CWShredder by Merijn Bellekom, the creator of Hijack This.
Run it, press 'Fix', and allow it to fix all it finds.
And remember to click "Fix" (Not "Scan only")
After its done its thing hit the"How do i prevent reinfection" tab....
In particular pay attention to the patches for the operating system regarding the ByteVerify vulnerability which is how you got infected in the 1st place.

When it is finished restart your computer.

Reboot and download the replacement files for your WMP kindly provided by Merijn
    here: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/winfiles.html
Download them to your desktop, dont install yet.

re-run HijackThis and lets see another log.
    ;)

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. :)
Run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
    in case you miss anything....
.....then,close all browser and outlook windowsincluding this one and "fix checked"

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
    F1 - win.ini: run=C:\WINDOWS\System32\services\wmplayer.exe

Reboot into safe mode by following instructions here: http://helpdesk.its.bethel.edu/resnet/Documents/Antivirus/Safemode.html
then as some of the files or folders you need to delete may be hidden do this:
Open Windows Explorer & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Locate and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\services[FOLDER]
Let us know if all is well after.

    ;)
