I’m building a computer, but when I started it it would immediately shut down. The PSU would click and the fan on the PSU would not spin. Everything I tried would not work, so I’m seeking help on this. My dad did plug my motherboard with ram and CPU into his PSU, and it still did not work. Here is a list of my current parts:

MB: Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 7
PSU: EVGA Supernova 850 G3 80 plus gold
    CPU: Intel Celeron G3930
    RAM: Ballistix Sport gaming memory DDR4 4gb (4 x 1)
    Storage: Crucial BX500 2.5 SSD
