Suddenly three days ago my samsung nc110 netbook stopped loading webpages. It's connected to the router via wifi just fine.

It's just this machine, my iPhone and my partner's phone connects ok and the Internet works fine on those

I've done everything I can think of

I've reset the router countless times

    Restarted computer countless times

I've tried system restore to a previous point

    Disabled firewall

    Reset winsock

I don't know what else to do.

Please bare in mind that with me being unable to access the Internet on my netbook I am posting this via my iPhone and therefore I won't be able to copy and paste any information direct, but I can type out any lines if you give specific details on which bits you'd need to help diagnose my problem

    What firewall or security suite?

    What wireless adapter?

    What encryption are you using?

What IPv4 address does it get?

A wireless adapter is a device used by desktops, laptops, web cams, netbooks, tablets, smart phones, etc., to connect to wireless (Wi-Fi) networks.

Login to your router, navigate to the wireless section, and look to see what the Encryption (or Security) mode is set to--WPA, WEP, etc. If your router has a Dhcp client list and if the netbook is really connecting to it the IP address will probably be listed there.

You can see the IP address and the wireless adapter identification in an ipconfig /all ...

Open a (black) Command Prompt window:
Hold the Windows logo key and press r; in the Run box type cmd and click on OK.

    Type the following command:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]
