Hi, I would really be grateful for some help please as my computer is repeatedly crashing and sometimes freezing. I have scanned it with malwarebytes and also Kaspersky but no viruses are shown.
Really hope that you can help me as finding it difficult to work, not knowing when it is going to happen!
    Thanks Jean

Viruses normally do not cause crashes.

What happens when you get this crash?
Any error message, if so what are they?

I can be randomly doing anything such as using adobe photoshop, transfering files from my computer to an external drive, looking at a web page, checking my emails, scanning computer using one of my antivirus programmes.
What happens is I either get a blue screen and then a message saying the computer has recovered from an error or suddenly the screen will freeze and I cannot use the mouse or keyboard.
    I hope this helps

I would check the display driver to see if it needs updated.

Hi I apologise for my delay in replying, but have been away. I checked to see if there were any updates for the Nividia Driver but there were not any and also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but was still getting BSOD's
