Every time I open my computer, the WiFi doesn’t work the first time, so I am forced to press restart and then the WiFi will work. The first time, it’ll connect to WiFi but only have 3 bars permanently and be super slow, but sometimes can not show up at all and have 0. This can’t be a internet issue since this doesn’t happen with any other device. I checked my WiFi settings on computer but can’t figure it out. Please help me

Go to Control Panel > Device Manager. Find your WiFi driver and right click choose Update. See if there's a newer version.

Go to your laptop's vendor site and they may have an even newer driver. The ones that Window can find are the ones that the vendor has submitted to MS for testing. But testing costs money. So a vendor may not send them every new version of a driver.

If after installing the vendor's version ( if there is one ) and it still doesn't perform well. Then it would be hardware issue, and you'll need to replace the WiFi hardware component.

Do they charge for this service? Sounds sketchy to me.
