I was fixing an XPS 360I with all the original parts except for the hard drive. it hasn't been open or cleaned for 12 years. I have opened took it apart and cleaned everything. About two hours ago it would boot up and it would even boot up with the hard drive in it. Now it suddenly doesn't want to start at all other than constantly revving all fans.

What's the exact 7-character "service tag" number on that Dell?

What's the exact Windows version that's installed in it?

I saw post #4 after I submitted post #5.

You resolved the issue and everything is working okay now?
