I was fixing an XPS 360I with all the original parts except for the hard drive. it hasn't been open or cleaned for 12 years. I have opened took it apart and cleaned everything. About two hours ago it would boot up and it would even boot up with the hard drive in it. Now it suddenly doesn't want to start at all other than constantly revving all fans.
You have THISDell XPS 630i Desktop PC which was purchased in February 2009 and came with Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit.
It also came with these hardware specs: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.66 GHz processor
8 GB(2 GB x 4) DDR2-800 RAM
Western Digital 640 GB SATA2 hard disk drive
DVD+/-RW SATA disc drive NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 graphics card
Realtek ALC888 high definition audio
NVIDIA nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps ethernet
750W power supply
yeah, everything is working fine now thanks for the help though.
