The fan has male/female molex connectors coming out
You plug that into a 4pin molex which the specs show your pw supply has 6 of those connectors.

Just leaving for work so I will check this later or tomorrow.

my PSU has 6 connectors yes, 4 of the red 10 pin ones, and 2 of the black 5 pin connections. so the molex doesn't go directly in, i've been trying to figure this out for months. my adapters don't make the molex into the red 10 pin connector, and the two black ones are being used, so i have no idea how to make it work. haha sorry

I have this adapter, but the two 5 pin connections are being used, this is the only way i can see getting the fan with the molex connectors to work

Are you using all 3 of those 4 pin connectors on 2nd pic?

so i have some ****** hardware somewhere i need to identify exactly what it is making this thing crash, i don't know much but i'm down to thinking it's a shoddy SSD which i bought afterward, but i could be wrong, the PSU which you are leading me to believe now, cause it makes sense, or my processor, which i know is not that great compared to intel stuff

I just used a PSU wattage calculator at Newegg.com and it says you need MINIMUM of 564 (without your SSD rang up though) so you prolly gonna need around 580W MINIMUM I definitley would upgrade your PSU to around a CORSAIR (NOT CX SERIES) 750W or higher YOU DO NOT WANT TO SKIMP ON YOUR PSU its the most important piece of machinery in your computer.

Honestly, since its been being ran probably at its MAX ouput for the time the system was built, I would say no more than 40-50 bucks if that. I mean its a used PSU and its not a recommended brand either.

Wow. Okay, is there a way to be 100% sure it's not the RAM before I go spending money?

I just want to make sure it is the PSU 100%...because I do meet that minimum still, just barely...Imade sure my SSD firmware was up to date, I kind of want to make sure my processor isn't overclocked but I don't know how.
