hello
a few days ago i was sleeping and suddenly by accident i pushed my laptop (acer aspire one) and it fell (about 1.30 or 2 feet tall)
since then every time i try to boot windows it loads the desktop and everything but after loading skype it freezes , ive been trying to find a reasonable solution for this problem but i havent succeded ..anyways it works in safe mode! thats why i cheked my hardware if any wire was loose and it wasnt !

i will be glad to hear recomendations what can i do ? do i take to deafault recovery? or is it just a silly problem ?
need help

ps: it works very good in safe mode! thats why i think its not that serious problem but let me know if im wrong please

You might want to try a Clean Boot procedure to hopefully isolate the offending application interfering with Skype? Run it for both Services and Startup items.

i did the cleanboot procedure just as it told me to but unfortunately it did not work:( it even freezed earlier
than the other times leavin me no option but to shut it down roughly
i think i just cleared that there is no software interfiring with the boot
so what it is?

1- Please click HERE to download HijackThis.
2- Run the program.
3- Click on the Main Menu button if not already there.
4- Select Do a system scan and save a logfile.
5- Copy and paste the scan log from Notepad into your next reply.
6- Do not "Fix" anything unless advised to do so.

Which model number Acer Aspire One netbook do you have?

You can scroll through the model numbers here if you don't know for sure.

-------------------------------------------------------

Netbooks tend to be frail and don't do well with being physically abused or dropped.
